As the founder and director of Neutral Property Group, I created this business with a clear vision: to deliver a more ethical, personal, and dependable approach to property services — one that integrates both property management and inventory expertise, but more importantly, one built on genuine relationships, not just transactions.

Neutral Property Group began as a dedicated inventory company. During this time, we were entrusted with managing the full portfolio of a high street agency. With increasing interest and demand from our existing inventory client base, we were presented with a natural opportunity to expand. As a result, Neutral evolved into a fully integrated service provider, offering both property management and inventory reporting under one roof — delivering a more seamless, reliable experience for landlords, tenants, and agents alike.

With years of hands-on experience in both areas, I’ve built a business that prioritises people. We treat every landlord, tenant, and partner with fairness, transparency, and respect. Strong relationships with our clients — many of whom we’ve worked with from the start — led to the organic expansion of our services, all while upholding the same level of care, clarity, and professionalism.
