In real estate/ property management, not every part of the job is glamorous.
Over the weekend I had to make one of the most difficult decisions: issuing a Section 21 notice.
At Neutral Property Group we strive to maintain strong relationships between tenants and landlords, creating homes that people love. However, there are moments when we must navigate the legal requirements and act in the best interest of our clients. Issuing a Section 21 is never taken lightly, and it's a part of the role that weighs heavily on us.
